If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it in its original condition within 30 days from receipt. We will refund your purchase price minus the shipping charges. After 30 days, you will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any return damage issues. The company warrants its products free from material defect and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Damage caused by accident, improper installation or abuse is specifically excluded from this warranty. XL Kennel Supply is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of their products.
