The secret is in the simplicity. No springs, no magnets, no flaps, no gaskets, no nothing to deal with. All aluminum construction with rugged stainless steel hinge make this door rust resistant and virtually indestructible. Unique angular design uses weight of the door and gravity instead of springs to properly seal the door and prevent exposure to the elements. Built in "eye" enables to you to secure your kennel with your own clip or lock without the need of additional closures. Door is flared on both sides and lifts straight up so it can be easily installed in tight situations. No need to worry about right or left hand mounting.

Operation of the kennel door is easy. When inside, the dog pushes on the door to come out. When outside, the dog simply pulls the door open with its nose and enters the kennel.

Teaching your dog to operate the door is simple. Just tie the door open and patiently coax your dog in and out. Continue to lessen the opening, each time encouraging your dog to use the door until it catches on. Then close the door entirely to test if the dog has learned the "ins and outs" of the process.

As is usually the case, patience is the key to a successful introduction. The whole process normally takes about ten minutes and is a happy, playful learning experience for your dog.
